CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- j!2
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED PURSU-
ANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME LOCA-
TED ON LOT 4 OF BLOCK 3, HEFTLER HOMES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $1,500.00
posted pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty
against construction defects and code violations for a home located
on Lot 4 of Block 3, is hereby released to Heftler Construction
Company of Florida, Inc.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this�day of 11985.
