CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED FOR
LANDSCAPING BY BRUMA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
FOR CALICO COUNTRY - LOTS 23 AND 24; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bruma Development Corporation has filed a Cash Bond
in the amount of $1000.00 to guarantee Landscaping Calico Country -
Tract 38 Lots 23 and 24.
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Bruma Development
Corporation in the amount of $1,800.00 for Landscaping at Calico
Country Tract 38, Lots 23 and 24 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
