CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-_�JZO
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT-
OF-WAY DEED FOR 40-FEET ALONG UNIVERSITY DRIVE
OFFERED BY ROBERT J. AND NANCY L. CUNIO FOR THE
NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Right -of -Way deed for the west
40 feet of Lot 2, Block 12, Lyons Commercial Subdivision #3,
offered by Robert J. and Nancy L. Cunio for the National Business
Center project is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said
deed being attached hereto as Exhibit W .
ECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
5ECTION 3_. This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
