4 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BLANKET
PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT OFFERED
5 BY NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER, INC. FOR THE
NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER PROJECT; AN6 PROVIDING
6 AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
8 SECTION 1: That the blanket public safety ingress/
9 egress easement offered by National Business Center, Inc., for the
10 National Business Center project, is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted,
11 a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A'.
12 SECTION 2: The appropriate City officials are hereby
13 authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the City.
14 SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
15 directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward
16 County, Florida.
17 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
18 upon adoption.

THIS PUBLIC SAFETY INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT is made this
3 9 day of Nnvamber 198_5_, by
Cantgr Inc- (the "Grantor"), to the City of Tamarac,
a municipal corporation (the "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, Grantor is the See simpla=ownerlof the real pro-
perty described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; (the "Property") and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to create a non-exclusive easement
in favor of grantee for ingress and egress over the property, as
indicated on Exhibit "A", upon the terms and conditions set forth
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) paid to Grantor, the receipt and adequacy of which is
hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable considerations,
Grantor does hereby create, establish and grant a -non-exclusive
easement on, over, under and through the Property to Grantee for

the purpose of permitting public ingress and egress across the
property to provide municipal services such as utility services,
fire protection, police protection and emergency and other public
safety services.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Grantor has caused this Easement to be
