CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-�///7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 6 ON SANI-
TARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT 84-4; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Engineer/Utilities
Director have recommended approval of change order 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That Change Order 6 on Sanitary Sewer Rehabil-
itation Project 84-4, being certain additions and deletions to
line item costs resulting in a decrease of $25,311.00 to the con-
tract, and also extending the time provided for completion in the
contract by ten (10) calendar days, is hereby approved.
,SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon passage.
