R--85-,�s A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS FROM HEALTH CARE AND RETIRE- MENT CORPORATION OF AMERICA FOR TAMARAC NURSING CENTER; AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SFCTIQN 1: That the Declaration of Restriction offered by Health Care an Retirement Corporation of Tamarac for Tamarac Nursing Center prohibiting any resident of any assisted living unit (A.C.L.F) on the property from parking or storing any type of motor vehicle on or adjacent to the property, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "l", is HEREBY APPROVED. SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said Declaration of Restriction. SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. VIM MA S RO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, Health Care and Retirement Corporation of America, hereinafter called Declarant, is the owner of that certain real property located in Broward County, Florida and more parti- cularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, hereinafter called the Property; and WHEREAS, the.
