CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
1 RESOLUTION NO. R-85_J�3 -
2 A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A
3 BOND POSTED BY.MONTWOOD, INC. FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH WOODMONT TRACT
4 68/77 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE

6 WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as principal with the First National
7 Bank of Chicago, as surety, has filed with the City Letter of .
8 Credit No. 302683 in the amount of $33,301.68 for public improve-
9 ments associated with the Woodmont Tract 68/77 project; and
10 WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
11 completed work; and
12 WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
13 properly completed.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
15 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
16 3CTIQ 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
17 and correct.
1B SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
19 authorized to call Letter of Credit No. 302683, in the amount of
20 $33,301.68 posted by Montwood, Inc., as principal with the First
21 National Bank of Chicago, as surety, if the remedial repairs are
22 not completed or if an extension to this Letter of Credit has not
23 been provided on or before December 20, 985.
24 SECTION 3: That Letter of Credit No. 302683 be released if
25 the remedial repairs of completed by December 20, 1985.
26 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
