RESOLUTION NO. R-85-�Y,,�.3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING FOUR (4) CASH BONDS POSTED
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF
BEAUTIFICATION ITEMS FOR BUILDINGS D-2, E-1, E-3
AND THE CABANA OF THE BELFORT PROJECT; AND PROVI-
DING AN EFFECTI -DATE-.1.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City the. f ol-
lowing cash bonds to guarantee installation of beautification for
certain buildings at the Belfort Project:
Building D-2 -
$2,200.00
Building E-1 -
1,000.00
Building E-3 -
325.00
Cabana -
375.00
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SBCTION 1: That the following Cash Bonds posted by Lennar
Homes, Inc., to guarantee installation of beautification for certain
buildings at the Belfort Project, are HEREBY RELEASED:
Building D-2 -
$2,200.00
Building E-1 --
1,000.00
Building E-3 -
325.00
Cabana -
375.00
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
