RESOLUTION NO. R- L: �13 '?
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING A QUIT --CLAIM DEED FOR
FORTY (40) FEET ALONG LOTS 22 AND 23, LYONS
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION #3, ALONG UNIVERSITY
DRIVE, OFFERED BY PHILIP FRYBERGH FOR THE
UNIVERSITY PARK OFFICE C=ER PRaIEEGT; REVISING
RESOLUTION R-85-243; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council accepted and approved a Quit -Claim Deed
for forty (40) feet of Right--of-Way fronting University Drive on the
University Park Office Center Project; and
WHEREAS, after the Deed was recorded in Book 12811, Page 33 of the
Official Records of Broward County, a typographical error was detected in the
description on the exhibit to the Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City hereby approves a Quit -Claim Deed to Philip
Frybergh and a corrected Quit -Claim Deed from Philip Frybergh back to the
City. The appropriate City Officials are authorized to execute the necessary
documents.
SECTION 2: That Allan Rubin, attorney for Philip Frybergh, is
authorized to record the Deeds and the City will not be charged by
him for recording fees.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution supersedes Resolution R-85-243.
SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall became effective immediately
upon adoption.
