CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-_
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
BOND POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR BELFORT
(TRACTS 39 AND 43) PHASE I, TEMPORARY PLATTING
WAIVER; PROVIDING FOR CANCELLATION OF A HOLD
HARMLESS AND LICENSE AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., posted a $2,100.00 cash bond
as security for construction and demolition of a paved entryway and
guardhouse at Belfort (Tracts 39 and 43) Phase I, as a condition for
approval of a temporary platting waiver; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the Hold Harmless and License Agree-
ment by Lennar Homes, Inc., for Belfort temporary platting waiver
have been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release the cash bond
and cancel the Hold Harmless and License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Hold Harmless and License Agreement is
hereby null and void.
SECTION 2: That the cash bond in the amount of $2,100.00
posted as a condition for approval of a temporary platting waiver is
hereby released.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
