RESOLUTION NO. R--85- f e.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A WAIVER OF
THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY VERSAILLES GARDENS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Versaille Gardens has requested an extension to a
waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 governing approval of signs
on property other than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign
Ordinance requested by Versailles Gardens for a temporary community
directional sign, to be erected on property owned by Herbert J.
Browne, at the northwest corner of NW 80 Avenue and McNab Road, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
Waiver valid for one (1) year from February 22, 1985.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1985.
