A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL
OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM MIKE S. GIOURGAS AND
GEORGE S. GIOURGAS FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION
AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR
FORGET BUILDING AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY`OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Mike
S. Giourgas and George S. Giourgas for the water distribution and
sewage collection system for Forget Building is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3 day of , 1985.
