CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 257
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF A
TEMPORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT TO MONTWOOD, INC.
FOR WOODMONT TRACT 56, TEMPORARY MODEL SALES
CENTER, IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING
PREREQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE
TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
83-341 on December 14, 1983, granted to Montwood, Inc., a temporary
exception permit in lieu of satisfaction of the platting requirements
of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for property described
as "Woodmont Tract 56, Temporary Model Sales Center"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
84-414,extended this temporary exception permit to February 15, 1985;

WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., has requested a sixty (60) day
extension of said permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant this requested
extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the temporary exception permit granted to
Montwood, Inc., in lieu of satisfaction of the platting requirments
of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for the "Woodmont
Tract 56, Temporary Model Sales Center" is hereby extended to and
shall expire on April 15, 1985.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
