CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO: -cS5
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A BOND REGISTRAR/PAYING
AGENT FOR THE 1985 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Article II of Resolution No. R-84-121 defines the
responsibilities of the Bond Registrar/Paying Agent; and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained proposals for services for a
Bond Registrar and Paying Agent for the City of Tamarac 1985 General Obligation
Bonds; and
WHEREAS, BARNETT BANK
is qualified to perform such services and its cost to perform those services
was the lowest and best quotation of fees.
NOW, "I'fiE=RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That BARNETT BANK
is hereby designated as the Bond Registrar/Paying Agent for the 1985 General
Obligation Bonds, effective February 13, 1985, and until such authorization is
revoked by action of the Tamarac City Council. Payment for services rendered
by the Bond Registrar/Paying Agent shall be as follows:
FEE WILL BE $1,000.00 PER YEAR, PLUS REIMBURSEMENT
FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES.
SECTION 2: That the proper City Officials are authorized and
directed to execute the necessary documents with the Bond Registrar/Paying Agent.

SECTION 3: That this Resolution is effective i►7mediately upon
its adoption.
