CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-�
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENT TO THE
BROWARD COUNTY 201 FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE FOR
WASTEWATER AND SLUDGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS FOR
THE CITY OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Broward County 201"Facili-
ties Plan updating has been prepared as a result of changing
wastewater needs and goals within Broward County; and
WHEREAS, the 201 Plan amendment has been completed in
accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Regula-
tion requirements; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was duly noticed and held in
the Tamarac City Hall on February 19th and 20th, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the 201 Plan Amendment will be a useful tool in
making decisions in the operation and improvement in the
Tamarac Utilities West Wastewater Treatment Plant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the Amendment to the Broward County 201
Facilities Plan update for wastewater and sludge disposal
systems for Tamarac Utility West Waste Water Treatment Plant,
prepared by CH2M Hill Engineers, dated January 18, 1985 has
been the subject of a Public Hearing, and the recommendations
herein are hereby adopted by the Tamarac City Council.
That this resolution shall be effective
immediately upon its passage.

1985.
