A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND AUDITORS' REPORT PREPARED BY TOUCHE
ROSS & CO. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1984; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of Tamarac
provides for an independent annual audit of all City accounts by a
certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Touche Ross & Co. has prepared such
audit pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve and accept such
audit report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Auditors' Report of the accounts of the
17 1c,ty prepared by Touche Ross & Co. be and the same is hereby adopted
18 I by the City Council.
19 I SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
20 immediately upon adoption.
