RESOLUTION NO: IL S—
A RESOLUTION REVISING HOURLY RATES FOR REPAIR OF
WATER AND SEWER LINES TO BE CHAR® TO UTILITY
CUSTOMERS: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W1n1?EAS, City Code Section 27-10 provides that the City may charge
its customers for necessary repairs of water and sewer lines on private property
when such repairs are done by City Staff and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a revised rate schedule
proposed by the City Manager and Utility Director.
NOW THER`1EFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following rate schedule is determined to
represent the actual cost of labor and equipment plus reasonable administrative
costs and is hereby adopted as authorized by Section 27-10 of the Tamarac City
Code to be charged for repairs of water and sewer lines on private property for
repairs actually done and determined to be an emergency:
Hourly
Jet Rodder - Includes Jet Rodder Operator and Regulax $,68.00
Video Operator . . . . . . . . . Overtime 83.00
Video & Sealing - Includes Video Technician Regular $75.00
and Video Operator Overtime 90.00
When Jet Rodder and Video are used together Regular $125.00
