RESOLUTION NO. R-85-__
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT IN BAYS 19 &
20 OF 3 LAKES PLAZA AT 3150 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, TO BE KNOWN AS CAFE CONTINENTAL,
PETITION #1-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting
of special exception to permit the operation of a restaurant in Bays
19 & 20 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 3150 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application
for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the peti-
tion for special exception would be in keeping with the public health,1
safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
operation of a restaurant in Bays 19 & 20 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 3150
West Commercial Boulevard to be known as Cafe Continental, requested
by Alfred L-and Aviva Cohen is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of a approval.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
