CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 77
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
AT THE PROPOSED CAFE CONTINENTAL IN BAYS 19 &
20 AT 3 LAKES PLAZA, 3150 W. COMMERCIAL BOULE-
VARD, PETITION #.2--Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant-
ing of special exception to permit the on -premises consumption -of beer
and wine at the proposed Cafe Continental in Bays 19 & 20 at 3 Lakes
Plaza, 3150 W. Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the applica-
tion for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac, finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit on -
premises consumption of beer and wine at the proposed Cafe Continental
3150 W. Commercial.Boulevard, requested by Alfred L. and Aviva Cohen,
is hereby APPROVED.

1 - This special exception is not transferable without Council approval.
2 - There will be no expansion to additional bays without Council approval.
