RESOLUTION NO. R-85-_,!r�
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 21-16 FOR REVISED SITE PLAN NO. 6 FOR
WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance
with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regard-1
ing the review of the application for a revised development order by
the applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
application and staff recommendations; and the attached Development
Review Status Sheet dated February 22, 1985, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is
in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be
lin compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for
the development that is the subject of the application.
JOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site
plan for Woodmont Tracts 74/75, prepared by Keith and Schnars, P.A.,
revised February 19, 1985, to reflect relocation of "E" type units in
Buildings 5A and 5B, is approved subject to the following conditions.
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac
as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and
approved engineering drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year
from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence
construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an
extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an assignment
does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order
less the City Council consents to modify any of the original require-
ts.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
revised development order are set forth as follows:

SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised devel
ment order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the
order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
