RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM PICCADILLY CAFETERIAS INC.,
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR PICCADILLY CAFETERIA
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc.,
for the crater distribution
and sewage collection system for Piccadilly Cafeteria
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1965.

Florida; the centerline of said 15.00 foot easement being more particularly
described as follows:
_COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Parcel "A"; thence South 89047'44"
West, along the South line of said Parcel "A", a distance of 8.00 feet to the
POI':T OF BEGINNING of this description; thence North 49 12'16" West, a distance
of 1R5.17 feet to an intersection of the East line of that certain 15.00 foot
