A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF WARRANTY
3 BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE FOR THE TAMARAC
TOWN SQUARE PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Tamarac Town Square, as Principal, with Fidelity and

Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond
604-41-00 in the amount of $38,958.75 to guarantee public improvements

associated with the Tamarac Town Square project; and

WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
9
completed work; and
10
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
11
properly completed.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true and

Correct.

SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby author-
17 ized to call Bond No. 604--41--00 in the amount of $38,958.75 posted by
18 Tamarac Town Square to guarantee public improvements associated with
19
the Tamarac Town Square project if the remedial repairs are not com-
20 pleted on or before February 27, 1985, or if the bond.has not been
extended by that date.
22 SECTION 3: That said Bond be released if the remedial repairs are
23 accomplished on or before February 27, 1985.
24 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
25 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this % day of 1985
