CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R85-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A RENEWAL OF A WAIVER TO
THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY COLDWELL BANKER,
COLONY SPRINGS PROFESSIONAL BUILDING, 8333 WEST
MCNAB ROAD, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN-EFF-ECTIVE -
DATE.
WHEREAS, Coldwell Banker has requested a renewal of a waiver to
the Sign Ordinance no. 84-58 governing temporary ground signs.
NOTa7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the renewal of a waiver to the Sign Ordinance
requested by Coldwell Banker, Colony Springs Professional Building,
8333 West McNab Road, for a temporary ground sign, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions_ Approved for one year from 2/22/85.
SECTION 3: This Pesnlut?-r. shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of February ,1985.
