CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- ,qF
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT SUTTER CONSTRUCTION,
INC., FOR SUTTER COMMERCIAL BUILDING (VILLAGE
SQUARE): AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sutter Construction, Inc., as Principal, and Landmark First
National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. A-5521 in
the amount of $6,111.75 to guranteee public improvements at Sutter Commercial
Building (Village Square); and
WHEREAS, Engineering has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. A-5521 posted by Sutter
Construction., Inc., as Principal, and Landmark First National Bank, as Surety,
in the amount of $6,111.75 for public improvements at Sutter Commercial Building
is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
