CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- q '?
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
THE SIDEWALKS ON NOB HILL ROAD BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.
FOR KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA PROJECT; AM
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as
Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. NABG-R91048F in the
amount of $414.30 to guarantee the sidewalks on Nob Hill Road for the Kings
Point Professional Plaza Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. NABG- R91048F posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount
of $414.30 for the sidewalks on Nob Hill Road for Kings Point Professional Plaza
Project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
