CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.OF- JAd -1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Manager has designated LAURA Z. STUURMANS
to serve as Assistant City Manager, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to ratify said appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That LAURA Z. STUURMANS is hereby designated as
Assistant City Manager of the City of Tamarac and shall serve as Acting City
Manager in the absence or disability of the City Manager assuming his duties
and responsibilities.
SECTION 2: That Resolution #R-79-257 is hereby repealed and
any Resolution or motion heretofore enacted in conflict herewith is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
