A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC IM-
PROVEMENTS OFFERED BY HOMELAND, N.V. FOR
THE EDGEWATER PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale for all water distribution
and sewage collection system improvements, together with all
appurtenances attached thereto,lying within the public rights -of -way
or utility easements as provided for in the Waterside Plat, Book
101, Page 22 of the Broward County Public Records offered by
Homeland N.V., a Netherlands Antilles Corporation, doing business
in Florida as Waterside Land Development, Inc. is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
said Bill of Sale, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

improvements; together with all appurtenances attached
thereto, which lie within the public rights -of -way or
within utility easements provided for same in the plat of
WATERSIDE according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 101, Page 22, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida. All the above further described in "As -Built"
plans for WATERSIDE, a copy of which is on file with the
City of Tamarac.
