CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- Yli /6
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
INSTALLED BY HOMELAND ENTERPRISES FOR THE
EDGEWATER PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the public improvements constructed and
installed in the public right-of-way by Homeland Enterprises, includin€
without limitation, all improvements shown in the Plat of Waterside
recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 22, in the Public Records of Broward
County, plus N.W. 79th Avenue south to N.W. 57th Street, are hereby
found to be in conformance with City regulations and are accepted by
the City of Tamarac subject to the posting of a warranty bond or other
security as permitted by Section 24-6'of the City Code for a period -
of one year to guarantee the work against insufficiencies as set forth
in Section 24-6. This acceptance does not include sidewalks or
sodding not installed on the date of this Resolution, the responsibil-
ity for which shall remain with Homeland or any successor developer,
and which shall be completed in front of individual buildings prior
to a request for final inspections, and issuance of Certificates of
Occupancy for those buildings.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective upon
adoption.
