CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-fO--%pg-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND - LETTER
OF CREDIT #SB0048 FOR HOMELAND ENTER-
PRISES - EDGEWATER PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Letter of Credit #SB0048
in the amount of $541,146.63, drawn on Summit Bank for Homeland
Enterprises - Edgewater Project is hereby released, subject to
submission of:
1. Additional engineering fees in the amount of $ 6,285.49.
2. One Year Warranty Bond in a form permitted by Section
24-6 of the City Code in the amount of $165,254.56 to_
cover Public improvements approved by this Resolution.
3. An Agreement with Homeland Enterprises in recordable
form which, provides that there shall be no final
inspection requested or certificate of occupancy granted
for any building unless and until sod has satisfactorily
been installed in all swales and medians in front of
the buildings, and the sidewalk in front of the building
has satisfactorily been installed.
