X RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PARTIAL VACATION OF
UTILITY EASEMENT FOR LOT 6, BLOCK 40, WOODLANDS
SECTION 5
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
SECTION 1: That the Partial Vacation of Utility Easement for
_Lot 6, Block 40, Woodlands Section 5 for Dr. Barchum, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the requirements
of Section 177.101 F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953,
as amended from time to time, which sets forth a procedure for partial vacation
dedications granted in plats and this vacation is contingent upon approval by
the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and satisfaction of all
requirements of Section 177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of
this approval.

DESCRIPTION•
All that part of the 10 foot Utility Easement being the North 10 feet of Lot 6,
Block 40, WOODLANDS SECTION 5, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 67, Page 43, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. described
as follows:
Beginning at the Point of Intersection of the West Line of said Lot 6 and the
South Line of the said 10 foot Utility Easement; thence Easterly along the South
Line of the said 10 foot Utility Easenignt, being the arc of a circular curve to
the right, having a radius of 1560 fees, an arc distance of 29.2 feet to the
Point of Beginning of the parcel herein described; thence N 11 18'28" E, along
a radial line 1.0 foot; thence Easterly along the arc of a circular curve to the
righ�, having a radius of 1561 feet, an arc distance of 10.01 feet; thence
S-11 40'30" W, along a radial line, 1.0 foot; thence Westerly along the East Line
of the said 10 foot Utility Easement, an arc distance of 10.0 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
