RESOLUTION NO. R- 7-0 7/
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO.
R-80-102 RELEASING CASH BONDS POSTED
BY COUNTRY LAKES ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
LANDSCAPE WORK AT SANDS POINT CONDOMINIUM.
WHEREAS, the City Council released cash bonds for Buildings
L, M, P, and R at Sands Point Condominium, and
WHEREAS, the cash figure for Building L was incorrect and
Council wishes to release the bonds in the correct amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the below listed cash bonds posted by Country
Lakes Associates for Sands Point Condominium are hereby released:
Building L . . . . . . . . . 1,158.50
Building M . . . . . . . . . 1,830.00
Building P . . . . . . . . . 2,677.50
Building R . . . . . . . . . 1,500.00
