CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -Q'a — &7
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT TWELVE REGULAR MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing twelve (12)
members to the Board of Consumer Affairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms to expire May
11, 1981.
Robert Shurr Herman Marin
Nat Cohen Moni Avidon
Mary DiCandia Isaac Feldman
Peter Lawson Charles Fox
Charles Levinson
Irving Lopatey
Winifred Ostrum
Joseph Sobel
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage.
