A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH BROWARD COUNTY FOR
AERIAL SPRAYING FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That.the appropriate City Official is hereby
.authorized to execute.an agreement granting permission to the
Broward County Mosquito Control Division to employ the use of
low flying aircraft to control mosquitos within the corporate
limits of Tamarac.
