CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R — O -/,3,/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT FIVE REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE
ADVISORY CODE STUDY COMMISSION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing five (5)
members to the Advisory Code Study Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed'
as members of the Advisory Code Study Commission for terms to expire
May 11, 1981.
Oscar Tucker
Harry Rosenfeld
Moses Yam
Carl Alper
Charles H. Ellner
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage.
