RESOLUTION NO. R- 76 /3�3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A 20 FOOT WIDE
CANAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT FROM LEADERSHIP
HOUSING, INC., FOR THE SPRING LAKE I PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 20 Foot Wide Canal Maintenance
Easement offered by Leadership Housing, Inc., for the SPRING LAKE
I project, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT "A", is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
record said easement in the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida. I

LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC., a Florida. corporation, ( called "Grantor") ,
for

in consideration of the

DOLLARS and other

valuable- consideration,
received from the
CITY OF TAMARAC, a
municipal subdivision of the State of Florida, (called "Grantee"), does
hereby grant unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, a non-
exclusive Easement for the purposes of canal maintenance over and upon
the lands described upon Exhibit "A" annexed hereto. Grantor, its
successors and assigns reserves the right to use the lands described
upon Exhibit "A" annexed hereto for any purposes not inconsistent with
the rights of Grantee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their
