RESOLUTION NO. R- F0 /3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING & ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED FROM LEADERSHIP HOUSING,
INC. TO THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR A 50
FOOT CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE SPRING
LAKE I PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the Warranty Deed offered by Leadership
Housing, Inc., to the City of Tamarac for a 50 Foot Canal Right -of -
Way for the SPRING LAKE I PROJECT, a copy of said instrument being
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
record said Warranty Deed in the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ?day of 1980.
