RESOLUTION NO. R 80-135
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
OWNERS LANDLORDS & TENANT COVERAGE SLUDGE FARM- BID #80-13
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on April 23, , 1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the

a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on May 8

WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 19 ,1980 and
WHEREAS, ADMIRAL INS. CO. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of ADMIRAL INSURANCE COMPANY
in the amount of $4,659,00 is hereby approved. _
SECTION 2: That the owner of the property must be named
as an additional insured.
