CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR THE
TAMARAC POLICE CHIEF
WHEREAS, Resolution No R-77-I•4:dopted the Tamarac Personnel Manual, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify certain regulations as they
pertain to the Police Chief. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: On May 14, 1980, the City Council ratified the appointment
of the Police Chief subject to his serving a probationary period of one year.
However, notwithstanding any provision contained in the City's Personnel Rules
and Regulations to the contrary, vacation benefits, personal leave benefits,
and any other benefits which commence after completion of the probationary period
shall commence upon completion of six months service with the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
