CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY TAMARAC PAINT AND
WALLPAPER, 8681 W. MCNAB RD.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Paint and Wallpaper, has requested a waiver
from the Sign Ordinance No.80-34 governing _ wall signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Tanarac Paint and Wallpaper, for a wall sign located in
the Shops of Tamarac, 8681 W. McNab Road is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
ANY APPLICATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIGN SHALL BE DENIED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this gy- daY of 1980.
