A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF CASH BOND' POSTED
BY COUNTRY LAKES ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR LANDSCAPE WORK
AT SANDS POINT CONDOMINIUM.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, a cash bond was
posted by Country Lakes Associates for additional landscape work
required at Sands Point, Buildings Hand
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has made final inspec-
tion of this work and recommends release of said bond . .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the below listed cash bond posted by
Country Lakes Associates for Sands Point Condominium, are hereby
released.
