RESOLUTION NO. —8 0 -/ y-2_
*A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-101 PERTAINING
TO SETTING SITE PLAN SUBMISSION AND REVIEW FEES BY
ESTABLISHING SITE PLAN REVIEW FEES FOR PROJECTS SEEKING
EXTENSIONS OF TIME TO COMMENCE WORK SUBSEQUENT TO
INITIAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND BEFORE EXPIRATION OF
SAID APPROVAL.
BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Site Development Plans Submission Fees Schedule.
Each preliminary site development plan shall be accompanied by an
initial administrative review fee, in accordance with the following schedule:
(a) Residential Development
1. $70.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2. $34.50 per acre for any additional acreage, or
$ 4.00 per dwelling unit, whichever is greater.
(b) Commercial Development
1. $140.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
Z. $ 70.00 per acre for any additional acreage.
(c) Minimum Review Fees.
The minimum review fees for developments submitted pursuant to Section 4 of
Ordinance•No. 76-44 as amended from time to time, shall be as follows:
1. New Developments $600.00
2. Revisions to approved site development plans = $400.00*
*NOTE 1. For minor physical changes to previously approved site development
plans which the Chief Building Official, City Engineer, and Director of Community
Development determine do not substantially affect the overall development plans,
the minimum fee shall be $175.00.
2. Where a Site Development Plan has been previously approved by the City
Council and a proposed revision occurs entirely within a private recreation area,
the administrative review fee shall be $50.00 if no existing recreation building
is increased in floor area, and if no new building is added and if the traffic
flow is not altered, and if no revisions to the site engineering is required in
the opinion of the City Engineer.
The fee for a project seeking an extension of time to commence-,
work subsequent to initial site plan approval and before expiration of said
approval, shall be one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) if the site

plan extension is approved without changes determined to be major by the Council.
If there are any major changes in the site plan as last approved by the Council, t
review fee shall be four hundred dollars ($400.00). These fees are applicable for
each request for extensions of time to commence construction.
(d) Concept Review Fee.
For informational purposes, reviewed by Staff and discussed at a meeting with the
Planning Commission - $250.00.
(e) Subsequent Administrative Review Fees.
If the initial preliminary site development plan is determined by the Planning
Commission to not be in substantial compliance to Section 5 or 6, of Ord. #76-44,
as amended from time to time, subsequent submission shall be accompanied with a
fee of $50.00.
SECTION 2: All resolutionsin conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption, but shall not affect any requests on the City Council
agenda of May 14, 1980. V
