CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A WATER AND SEWER PLAN
REVIEW FEE FOR WORK PERFORMED BY THE CITY'S CON-
SULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS, City has adopted Regulations requiring review of Engineering
plans for projects with ten or more ERC's to determine the impact of a project on
the offsite water or sewage collection system or both of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Regulations provide that this fee is to be set by
Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Water and Sewer Plan Review Fee for
water and sewer analysis done by the City's Consulting Engineers shall be
$500.00 for any project containing ten or more ERC's.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
