NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That a twenty (20) foot canal maintenance easement offered by Toll Development Corp. for Southgate Gardens - East is hereby ACCEPTED, subject to Toll Development Corp. submitting proof of ownership of said lands, copy of which easement and description Are attached hereto as Exhibit A.
