RESOLUTION NO. —
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CANAL MAINTENANCE
EASEMENT FROM TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP. FOR
SOUTHGATE GARDENS -EAST.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a twenty (20) foot canal maintenance easement
offered by Toll Development Corp. for Southgate Gardens - East
is hereby ACCEPTED, subject to Toll Development Corp. submitting
proof of ownership of said lands, copy of which easement and
description Are attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1980.

THIS CANAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT, executed this day of ,
19809 by TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP. - SOUTHGATE, a Florida corporation, herein-
after referred to as "Grantor", to the CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corpora-
tion, formed under the laws of the State of Florida, its successors and
assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"
W I T N E S S E T H:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a non-exclusive easement, for canal maintenance and
ingress and egress in connection therewith, over, across, under and through
the following described lands:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ANNEXED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Grantee, its successors and assigns,
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has caused these presents to be
signed in its name the day and year first above written.

nowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers for

The East 20 feet of Parcel "B", SOUTHGATE GARDENS, as recorded in Plat
Book 77, Page 27, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Parcel "B"; THENCE
North 89a33'35" West,_.along the South line of said Parcel "B", a distance
of 20.00 feet; THENCE North 00a14'17" West, along a line 20.00 feet West
of and parallel with the East line of said Parcel "B", a distance of
236.39 feet; THENCE South 70b47'08" East, along the Northerly boundary
of Parcel "B", a distance of 21.21 feet, to the.Northeasterly corner
of said Parcel "B"; THENCE South 00a14'17" East, along the said East
line of Parcel "B", a distance of 229.56 feet to the . Point of Beginning.
Said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
