CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-80-153
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
VIDEO TAPE RECORDING EQUIPMENT- BID# 80-14
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on May 6 ,1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on May 13
and May 20 ,1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 23 ,1980, and,
WHEREAS, Cues, Inc. ( the Carborundum Company) is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible bidder on items requested for
Data View & Installation of Mini Trailer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
SECTION I: That the bid of Cues, Inc. ( The Carborundum Company)
for the Data View & installation of the Mini Trailer in the
amount of $ 2950.00 , is hereby accepted and the bid for the Video
Cassette Recorder with Microfilm is rejected.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this llth day of June ,1980.
