CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 80-16
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING A SPECIAL
EXCEPTION GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO.
R-79-16 TO RIVERSIDE 14EMORIAL CHAPEL.
WHEREAS, due to circumstances beyond the control of the
developers of Riverside Memorial Chapel, they have not been able
to commence construction of this project within one year of the
granting of this Special Exception, as required by Resolution No.
79-16, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to extend this Special
Exception.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Special Exception granted by Resolution
No. R-79-16 to Riverside Memorial Chapel is hereby extended for a
period of months.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 23 day of Januar ,1980.
