A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
SOUTH LAUREL BUILDERS, INC.
FOR FAMILY MART SHOPPING PLAZA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARA(;f FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 2780101 in the amount of $58,800.00
was posted by South Laurel Builders, Inc.
as Principal through Safeco Insurance Company of America as Surety
for offsite improvements, curb & median cuts, McNab Rd. & University Ir.
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released, subject to receipt
of a one year warranty bond in the amount of $14,700.00.
