A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
3 BITUMINOUS SLUPRY SEAL- BID #80-19
4 WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on May 14 1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on May 30

WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 10 ,198 0 , and

responsive and responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of J & B Slurry Seal Co.. Inc.
for 117,478 SY of bituminous slurry seal
in the amount of $67,432,37 is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1980.
