RESOLUTION NO. R - $-C, -& �j
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
ONE (1) BULLDOZER- BID # 80-08
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on April 23 1980, and,
in t+THEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on May 6
and , Ma7 13 1980 and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 20 ,198 0 , and
WHEREAS, Case Power & Equipment Co. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Case Power & Equipment Co.
for one new Case 350B Bulldozer
in the amount of $19,259.00 is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of '1980.
