CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR
USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AT TAMARAC
PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish certain fees
for use of recreation facilities at Tamarac Park, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-32 provides for the setting of fees
by Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following fees shall apply for the use of
recreational facilities at Tamarac Park:
A. ORGANIZED LEAGUES
1. Adult Leagues for three month season - $25.00 per non-
resident player per season. No more than 10o non-residents are
permitted in a league.
2. Youth Leagues for a three month season - (Maximum age for
participants 18 years of age as of last day of season) $25.00 per
non-resident player per season. No more than 10o non-residents are
permitted in a league.
3. Each league using Tamarac Park Facilities must have at
least $300,000.00 liability insurance for bodily injury and property
damage with the City of Tamarac as a named insured on the policy. The
league may not use the fields before the City is furnished a
Certificate of Insurance. Each player in a league must furnish to
City a Covenant not to sue the City in the event of bodily injury
prior to participating in any league activity at Tamarac Park,
SECTION 2: The City Manager is directed to promulgate rules
and regulations pertaining to reservations of Park Facilities,
scheduling of leagues and such other.matters as are covered by this
Resolution.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
