RESOLUTION NO. R- 90/�2,�Z
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT MANDARI14 HOUSE
RESTAURANT - 6672 N.W. 57th STREET IN THE FIRST
FINANCIAL FEDERAL PLAZA - PETITION 16-Z-80
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception -to permit the consumption of beer
and wine on the premises at 6672 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine for table consumption with food at
Mandarin House Restaurant, 6672 N.W. 57 Street, restricted to
present ownership, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: 2 AM closing, Local Time.
